Ricky Page – Pastor, Leader, Mentor

After a life-changing encounter with Jesus at the age of 18, Ricky Page embraced a clear call to full-time ministry. Over the past thirty-three years, he has devoted his life to shepherding and equipping people from every age, culture, and background, guiding thousands into a deeper walk with Christ.

Ricky is a visionary leader with a passion for developing emerging leaders, fostering collaboration, and expanding God’s Kingdom through innovative ministry. At the core of his calling is an unwavering commitment to the authority of God’s Word and a deep desire to see people live abundantly in Christ.

He holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education, with a second major in Youth Ministry.

Ricky and his wife, Nova—an accomplished singer, songwriter, worship leader, designer, and dedicated homeschool mom—will celebrate 30 years of marriage this October. Together, they have raised two children who reflect their family’s devotion to both faith and excellence. Their daughter, Shiloh, is a 12-year-old national surfing champion in the U.S. and Canada, with a radiant love for Jesus. Their son, Elisha, recently graduated from San Diego Christian College with a degree in Communications, launched his own production company, and is celebrating his first wedding anniversary with his talented wife, Bronwyn.

With decades of ministry experience, a heart for the next generation, and a family committed to faith and creativity, Ricky continues to inspire, equip, and lead others into the fullness of life found in Christ.

Diane Rodgers – Discipleship Pastor

Diane, a native to San Diego, grew up here and attended a local church with her family regularly. Her love for the Lord developed from an early age and has grown over the years. Diane’s ministry desire is to connect people to Jesus, cultivate a community of disciples and commission disciples. Diane is passionate about discipleship and encourages disciples to make disciples.

Diane resides in Mira Mesa and has a life long love of the beach. Kauai is her favorite vacation spot and it’s hard to talk her into going other places. She enjoys hanging out at coffee shops and enjoying her latte. Diane’s sister and her family live nearby and they enjoy spending quality time together too.

Diane holds bachelor’s degrees in Ornamental Horticulture and Computer Information Systems and earned a Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific Seminary.
